All of our products are handmade, from scratch & with a lot of ♡
What are the delivery methods?
The delivery is by BPost & the shipping cost is calculated at the end, when you're in the shopping cart. The shipping costs depend on the kind and weight of the products you buy. There's also the availability to pick up your products on location. You can select the button 'pick up' in the shopping bag & you can contact me to settle a pick-up date and time.
What are the paying methods?
You can either pay with Paypal, Visa, Bancontact, Mastercard or Maestro.
What are the advantages of using soy wax to make the candles?
Did you know that soy wax
- lasts longer than paraffin
- produces less toxic chemicals when burning
- stains are easily cleansed with water and soap?
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as how you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
